43. In the event of an accident which occurred outside Québec, the physician or specialized nurse practitioner shall also make up a separate report specifying the extent of the claimant’s disability resulting from the accident in terms of a percentage and indicating whether the disability is partial or total, temporary or permanent.
The physician or specialized nurse practitioner who is unable to determine the percentage of the claimant’s disability shall nevertheless determine a provisional percentage, subject to review.

43.
